Following
St Valentines Day ring: I helped in a very minor way towards the conceptualization of this ring, which was made by Marvin Lee Billings. After he used it for a contest, he offered to sell it to me, so I snatched it up from his Etsy store. It’s made of silver, mother of pearl, gold and diamond. #Strobist: One SB800 at camera left shooting straight at the ring, bare. Maybe zoomed to 50mm. At camera right, I have a 3” white cube about an inch away from the lens just out of frame being used as a reflector. Triggered via CLS (Taken with instagram)
